A professional to lead the tax team, ensure compliance with obligations, engage in tax planning, drive process improvements, and serve as a reference on complex topics and tax reform.

Accounting Firm Hiring:
Responsibilities:
Lead the tax team (routine tasks, reviews, deadlines, and quality).
Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations and tax calculations (federal, state, and municipal).
Engage in tax planning and risk management.
Drive process improvements (standardization, KPIs, reduction of rework).
Serve as a reference on complex topics and during tax audits/inspections.
Lead the practical agenda for adapting to tax reform (processes, systems, and training).
Requirements:
Prior experience in tax/accounting roles (preference for accounting firm experience).
Proven experience in leadership and technical review.
Proficiency in ICMS/IPI/ISS/PIS/COFINS/IRPJ/CSLL and related obligations.
Strong ability to assess the impact of tax reform and adopt an implementation-oriented mindset.
Active CRC registration, with preference for specialization in Tax Law.
Strong organizational skills and process-based management capability.
Desirable experience in configuration, implementation, and improvement of tax/ERP systems.
Compensation: R$6.500,00 - R$7.692,84 per month
