Requirements:
* Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology.
* Specialization in the field or in School and Educational Psychology.
* Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP).
* Prior experience in this role.
* Knowledge of child and adolescent development, conflict mediation, and vocational guidance.
* Strong communication skills, empathy, active listening, and a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor and promote students' socioemotional development through individual counseling sessions, observations, and educational interventions.
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and school management teams to develop strategies supporting learning, inclusion, and school coexistence.
* Develop and monitor the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), where applicable.
* Implement preventive and responsive actions against bullying and cyberbullying, with an educational and intervention-oriented focus.
* Mediate conflicts and participate in developing institutional protocols and projects aimed at emotional well-being and mental health.
* Participate in pedagogical meetings and class councils, contributing to understanding group dynamics and behaviors.
* Support vocational and career guidance processes, assisting adolescents and their families in reflecting on life projects and academic choices.
* Conduct initial intake assessments and, when necessary, refer students for specialized psychological follow-up.
* Maintain coordination with external multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student care.
* Perform other duties related to the position and departmental needs.
