Description: Required: Completed High School Education Desirable: * Experience in a hospital environment * Courses in reception, access control, or asset security * Knowledge of biometric identification procedures and access authorization * Ability to handle conflict situations and provide public service * Capacity to operate in high-demand and high-pressure environments * Basic knowledge of first aid (desirable) * Prior experience as an Access Controller, Doorman, Reception Agent, or in related fields * Knowledge of controlling the flow of people, visitors, and service providers * Ability to implement security protocols and internal regulations * Availability to work on a hospital shift schedule (including weekends/holidays, if necessary) * Good communication skills and professional demeanor * Basic computer skills (recording entries and exits in a system) 251213020220691384
