Job Summary: The Occupational Safety Technician will plan, coordinate, and supervise occupational safety and health activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and accident prevention, with an emphasis on continuous process improvement. Focused on risk mitigation and continuous improvement of safety processes The Occupational Safety Technician will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to occupational safety and health, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations in the workplace. Will serve as a technical expert, developing and implementing accident prevention policies, conducting training sessions, and performing audits—with a focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement of safety processes. * Conduct workplace risk analysis and develop action plans to mitigate accidents. * Develop and implement accident prevention programs, promoting employee health and safety. * Coordinate and conduct safety audits and periodic inspections, identifying risk areas and proposing improvements. * Supervise implementation of occupational safety and health standards in accordance with current legislation (NRs). * Prepare technical reports, assessments, and opinions focused on accident prevention and control. * Lead accident investigations, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Organize educational campaigns, training sessions, and safety awareness programs for employees. * Supervise compliance with safety standards during execution of critical and high-risk tasks. * Manage the use and control of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE), ensuring all employees are properly equipped. * Advise company leadership on safety matters and propose operational process improvements. * Coordinate the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and organize Internal Accident Prevention Weeks (SIPATs). **Will cover units in Paraná and São Paulo.** **Requirements:** · **Education**: Completed technical education in Occupational Safety. · **Desirable**: Specialization and continuing education courses in occupational safety and health. Familiarity with the Protheus system is a plus. **Behavioral Competencies:** Leadership, proactivity, effective communication, problem-solving, teamwork, results orientation. **Willingness to travel is essential; will cover units in PR and SP.** On-site work, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00.
