Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for prospecting customers, conducting sales of plans and services via telephone and digital channels, and providing proactive and reactive customer service focused on conversion and customer satisfaction. Participation in external sales activities and events The professional will be responsible for prospecting customers and conducting sales of plans and services via telephone and digital channels, as well as providing proactive and reactive customer service focused on conversion and customer satisfaction. They will also resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring agile, courteous, and efficient service, and participate in external activities such as on-site shifts and sales events. * Provide proactive and reactive customer service, delivering information about plans, pricing, and terms * Promote services on social media and other platforms * Register customers in the system and forward information to back-office teams * Monitor post-sales processes, ensuring service activation and customer satisfaction * Resolve inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining courteous service * Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments when necessary * Contact leads and commercial opportunities to convert them into sales * Update reports and support commercial department routines **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer knowledge: use of systems and spreadsheets * Prior experience in sales/customer service is a plus **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Salary and Benefits:** Salary + Meal Allowance of BRL 31.00 per working day (average of BRL 750.00 monthly) + Health Insurance + Gympass/Wellhub + Transportation Voucher (upon request).
