Marista College of Londrina, part of Marista Brasil, is looking for a professional to work as a **Temporary Receptionist**, someone who seeks to lead the necessary transformations for new times—building bridges and positively impacting the lives of thousands of children and young people. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in serving employees, former employees, and service providers by greeting them and appropriately addressing their needs. * Notify responsible departments of individuals arriving at reception and correctly direct them. * Ensure proper routing of requests, maintaining clear and efficient internal communication to prevent issues. * Encourage users to self-serve via telephone and the CMS Portal. * Safeguard documents delivered to reception for processing in the CMS, keeping them organized and secure until handed over to the responsible party. Examples: onboarding documents, vacation request forms, police reports, CTPS updates. * Arrange internal distribution of documents and correspondence addressed to CMS, ensuring delivery to the intended recipient and preventing loss. * Support CMS reception in handling telephone inquiries. * Guide employees and former employees by clarifying doubts based on the service forms available on the CMS Portal. * Provide service to employees and former employees by opening support tickets on their behalf when requested. * Inform the ticket number and estimated response time so the requester can track the status of their request. * Maintain the workplace, ensuring tools, documents, equipment, and furniture remain organized, thereby guaranteeing visitor well-being and a positive experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school (mandatory); * Prior experience in customer service and reception; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Courteous demeanor and professional conduct during in-person and telephone interactions; * Confidentiality and discretion in handling information; **Additional Information** We have a significant presence in 78 countries.
