Description
**Responsibilities**

* Provide telephone, remote, and in-person support to internal users.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve technical incidents and problems (Troubleshooting).
* Manage, prioritize, and monitor the service request queue.
* Escalate incidents to higher support levels when required.
* Deliver advanced support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
* Administer and maintain user access and corporate resources.
* Support and coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
* Assist in administrative processes related to the IT area, including recording and tracking invoices and vendor requests.
* Document technical procedures, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
* Collaborate with development and product teams for support and validation of improvements.
* Perform environment certification and testing for new features and systemic enhancements.
* Monitor and perform basic maintenance of infrastructure and network environments.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes.
* Support equipment and IT asset inventory management.
* Ensure compliance with technology security policies and best practices.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 platforms.
* Knowledge of Active Directory (AD).
* Familiarity with ticketing and service management systems (experience with Qualitor and Jira is desirable).
* Basic understanding of ERP systems (knowledge of Maxicon is desirable).
* General knowledge of corporate network infrastructure.
* Experience with remote access tools and end-user support.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and productivity tools.
* Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Computer Networks, or related fields.

**Working Hours**
-----------------------
* Work schedule from Monday to Friday, with standard hours from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, adjustable according to operational needs and team alignment within the 8:00 AM–8:00 PM window.
* Part-time work on Saturdays, subject to scheduling and prior agreement.
* Availability for on-call duty or standby on Sundays and for emergency response, as required by operational needs.
* Work in a 24x7 continuous operation environment, prioritizing service continuity and stability.
