A healthcare professional responsible for collecting biological samples, triaging test requests, guiding patients, and organizing laboratory operations in accordance with biosafety and quality standards.

✅ **1. Job Responsibilities**
* Perform venous, capillary, and other types of biological sample collections (e.g., urine, feces, secretions, swabs) per technical protocols and good laboratory practices.
* Accurately identify collected samples and ensure proper labeling and documentation on forms and labels.
* Guide patients on preparation and procedures required for tests (e.g., fasting, restrictions, post-collection care).
* Conduct test request triage, verify medical orders, and register tests in the laboratory’s internal system.
* Organize and prepare materials and equipment needed for collection, maintaining a clean, sterilized environment compliant with biosafety standards.
* Perform sample separation, centrifugation, and storage when required, ensuring sample integrity.
* Uphold safety, quality, and humanized care standards during patient interactions.
* Attend to patients across diverse profiles: adults, elderly, children, and individuals with special needs.
* Monitor material inventory and report replenishment needs.
* Comply with regulations from **ANVISA**, **RDC 302/2005**, and other applicable legislation.
✅ **2. Job Requirements**
**Mandatory:**
* Completed qualification as **Nursing Technician** or **Clinical Analysis / Clinical Pathology Technician**.
* Active registration with the respective professional council (where applicable).
* Prior experience in blood collection and/or outpatient/laboratory routine.
* Knowledge of biosafety techniques and best practices for sample collection.
* Availability to work varied shifts (including weekends, if required).
**Desirable (advantages):**
* Specific training in **Phlebotomy / Sample Collection**.
* Experience with laboratory management systems.
* Field experience in home-based collections and humanized care.

Employment Type: Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$1.700,00 – R$2.500,00 per month
