Focused on innovation, we serve diverse market demands with customized solutions. **Responsibilities:** Analyze processes and develop improvements. Monitor ongoing process improvement activities on the shop floor. Conduct studies on rationalization and simplification of work methods and process balancing. Process audits. Develop work instructions, layouts, and flowcharts. Perform personnel staffing calculations and diagnostic interviews for process mapping. Support departments in using process management tools. Monitor the development and operationalization of process tools across departments. Generate performance indicators for processes under execution and/or study, producing comparative data against benchmarks to demonstrate gains in time and applied methods. Deliver training on new equipment and processes. Implement and control work methods, manufacturing processes, and tools. Meet delivery deadlines, targets, quality standards, and operational procedures. Previous experience as a Quality Analyst, Continuous Improvement Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Process Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
