We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who ensures operational efficiency, cost reduction, and a high level of organization and control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate logistics operations and the company-owned fleet, including route planning and driver support. * Hire and manage third-party carriers, ensuring delivery deadlines, cost control, and service-level standards. * Plan and monitor daily operational flow to guarantee operational efficiency. * Analyze logistics costs and KPIs, proposing optimization initiatives. * Ensure inventory accuracy and control all inventory movements. * Lead and develop the logistics team, monitoring performance and results. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics coordination or supervision. * Experience in fleet management, route planning, and freight contracting. * Experience in inventory management, logistics KPIs, and logistics cost management. * Hands-on profile with leadership capability and decision-making skills. * Organized, analytically minded, and results-oriented. * Flexible working hours. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Profit sharing * On-site meal. * Salary: R$ 5.000,00.
