Economic performance analysis and support to the Executive Board **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for leading and supervising all hotel accounting, tax, and financial processes, ensuring information integrity and compliance with legal regulations and corporate guidelines. Manages monthly closings, prepares managerial reports, conducts economic performance analysis, monitors KPIs, and provides strategic support to the Executive Board and General Management. Coordinates teams, ensures internal control compliance, participates in budget and forecast development, conducts audits, and maintains document organization.
