Apply now and... **JOIN CONASA!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and supervise internal audit activities; * Coordinate the audit team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance; * Assess risks and propose improvements to internal processes; * Prepare and review audit reports, presenting recommendations to senior management; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and corporate guidelines; * Support external audits and regulatory inspections; * Conduct training and promote a culture of control and compliance; * Contribute to defining the audit department’s strategies and objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Auditing, Compliance, Risk Management, or related areas (preferred); * Solid experience in internal auditing, preferably within infrastructure-sector companies; * Knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, compliance, and risk management; * Leadership, communication, and strategic vision skills. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance – BRL 200.00/month; * Food Voucher – BRL 30.40/day; * Transportation Voucher (no employee deduction); * Totalpass; * Health Insurance (no co-payment); * Life Insurance; * Zenklub; * Birthday Gift Card; * Half-day off on birthday; * Christmas Basket.
