Job Summary: An automotive mechanic specializing in tire services, alignment, balancing, and maintenance of brake and suspension systems. Key Highlights: 1. Mount and dismount tires 2. Diagnose and correct mechanical issues **Responsibilities and Duties:** · Mount and dismount tires on various types of vehicles; · Perform static and dynamic wheel balancing to ensure driving stability and comfort; · Carry out steering and suspension alignment using specialized equipment; · Conduct preventive maintenance diagnostics, identifying wear and potential failures in brakes, suspension, steering, and tires; · Perform corrective maintenance on brake, suspension, and steering systems, replacing parts and adjusting components; · Inspect the overall vehicle condition and report repair needs to the customer or technical advisor; · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards; · Use tools and equipment properly, ensuring their preservation; · Complete service orders and technical reports clearly and accurately; · Participate in training sessions and technical updates for professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications:** · Completed high school education; · Technical course in Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Maintenance, or related fields (preferred); · Proven experience as an auto center mechanic, with focus on tire services (mounting, balancing, alignment); · In-depth knowledge of suspension, steering, and brake systems; · Proficiency in operating tire mounting, balancing, and alignment equipment; · Ability to perform accurate diagnostics of mechanical issues; · Knowledge of safety regulations and workshop procedures. · Driver's License – Category B. **We Offer:** · CLT employment contract · Salary: R$ 2.807,00 · + Maximum-level hazard allowance (40%) (average R$ 600.00) · + Commissions of 10% to 12% based on target achievement. · + Overtime pay · + Overtime-related benefits **Benefits** · + Meal Card: R$ 16.50/day with employee contribution of R$ 11.00/month · + Unimed Health Insurance Plan · + Sul América Dental Plan · + Total Pass · + PET Love · + Partnership with Elleve Performance; · + Life Insurance Compensation: R$2.807,00 – R$3.407,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Work Location: On-site
