Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the department, assisting with product display, adhering to production and cleaning schedules, and supporting the receipt and organization of goods. Key Highlights: 1. Preparing and maintaining the department for daily operations. 2. Displaying and organizing self-service products. 3. Assisting with receiving and storing goods. * Preparing the department to ensure it is fully operational at the start of service, assisting the team with cleaning and assembling counters, verifying equipment integrity within the department, checking pricing labels, and assisting with post-counter-organization cleaning of the department. * Maintaining product displays in the self-service area. * Adhering to the weekly production (cured and processed meats) and deep-cleaning schedule, sanitizing the entire area, machinery, and work tools. * Assisting with goods receipt. * Storing and organizing goods in the cold room. * Assisting during audits. * Performing tasks required in the department at store closing time, including counter cleaning and disassembly, equipment sanitation, and shutdown.
