Job Summary: We are seeking a commercially oriented, proactive, and results-driven professional for external operations, responsible for maintaining and expanding the customer portfolio, negotiating sales, and organizing products. Negotiation and closing of sales We seek a commercially oriented, proactive, and results-driven professional for 100% external operations in the region, within the Food Distribution sector. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintenance and expansion of customer portfolio * Commercial visits according to established route schedule * Negotiation and closing of sales * Issuance of invoices * Product organization, restocking, and display at points of sale * Preventive quotation submission to customers * Operational Region: * Umuarama, Altônia, Cidade Gaúcha, Douradina, Esperança Nova, Ivaté, Maria Helena, Nova Olímpia, Pérola, São Jorge do Patrocínio, Tapira, and Xambrê. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Driver's License Category B and personal vehicle * Availability for travel * Prior experience in external sales is an advantage **Additional Information** * Compensation and Benefits: * Commission of 2.8% on sales * Guaranteed minimum wage if sales target is not met * Incentive bonuses ranging from R$ 600.00 to R$ 1\.000,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 1\.000,00/month * Mobility assistance (average R$ 2\.200,00/month) * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 The ***FOCSI*** is the first company clients turn to when they prioritize specialized recruitment and selection services characterized by maximum **focus** and **reliability**.
