We work with renowned breeding farms of various breeds, promoting advancement in cattle farming and genetic improvement—a commitment made possible only through trust, respect, and dedication. **JOB MISSION:** Ensure the planning, structuring, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational projects, focusing on analysis, standardization, optimization, and governance of processes to promote operational efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvement. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Process Management, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management, Process Management, Quality, or related areas (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * Project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid). * Process mapping and modeling (BPM, BPMN). * Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Planner, Jira, ClickUp). * Process diagramming tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio). * Performance indicators and data analysis. * Advanced Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Risk management and change management. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus. **Required Experience** * Proven experience in project management. * Practical experience in process mapping, restructuring, and optimization. * Experience leading multidisciplinary projects. * Track record of implementing improvements with measurable results.
