With over 500 auctions annually, we serve the entire national and international territory, having accumulated 1.4 million kilometers traveled. We work with renowned breeding farms of various breeds, promoting advancement in cattle farming and genetic improvement—a commitment made possible only through trust, respect, and dedication. **JOB MISSION:** Ensure the planning, structuring, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational projects, focusing on analysis, standardization, optimization, and governance of processes to promote operational efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvement. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Process Management, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management, Process Management, Quality, or related areas (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * Project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid). * Process mapping and modeling (BPM, BPMN). * Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Planner, Jira, ClickUp). * Process diagramming tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio). * Performance indicators and data analysis. * Advanced Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Risk management and change management. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus. **Required Experience** * Proven experience in project management. * Practical experience in process mapping, restructuring, and optimization. * Experience leading multidisciplinary projects. * Track record of implementing improvements with measurable results. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Project deadline and scope adherence. * Reduction of operational costs. * Productivity gains. * Adherence rate to standardized processes. * Internal stakeholder satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, structure, and execute strategic and operational projects. * Map, analyze, and redesign organizational processes. * Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). * Prepare flowcharts, policies, procedures, and manuals. * Standardize processes and implement best practices. * Conduct alignment meetings with stakeholders and leadership. * Manage project schedules, scope, risks, and deliverables. * Support change management and team engagement. * Ensure project documentation and governance. * Monitor post-implementation results, ensuring sustainability of improvements.
