Focus on open innovation and technological growth **AT GLOBALSAT, WE WANT MORE THAN GROWTH — WE WANT YOU TO BE PART OF IT AND GROW WITH US!** **JOB MISSION:** Act as Globalsat’s technical-operational agent, supporting the development, validation, and integration of technological solutions through partnerships, open innovation, and internal projects. This role focuses on technical execution, support for innovation projects, rapid solution validation, integration with external partners (startups, innovation hubs, consulting firms, and suppliers), and support for certification, testing, and documentation processes—ensuring solutions are viable, scalable, and market-aligned. Responsible for developing processes and methodologies in creating and applying new products to meet growing demands of existing customers, driving innovation in developing new solutions for currently served markets, and supporting potential entry into new markets. **Responsibilities and Duties** **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Support for Innovation and Development Projects** Provide technical oversight for projects conducted with suppliers, startups, innovation hubs, and consulting firms. Support the definition and detailing of technical requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans, and validation plans. Record technical evidence, prepare reports, and provide operational support to specialists and project leaders. Support coordination of innovation activities both internally and externally. **2\. Technical Development and Integrations** Execute development tasks, technical adjustments, and functional prototypes (POCs, MVPs). Support technical integrations among systems, platforms, devices, and solutions. Contribute to incremental enhancements of existing products, services, and platforms. **3\. Certification, Homologation, and Compliance** Prepare and organize technical documentation for homologation processes (e.g., Anatel). Support technical testing, regulatory tests, and compliance analyses. Monitor regulatory processes alongside laboratories, suppliers, and competent authorities. **4\. Testing, Validation, and Quality** Perform and monitor technical, functional, and performance tests. Validate deliverables from external partners against defined technical requirements. Prepare test reports, non-conformance reports, and quality assessments of evaluated solutions. **5\. Technical Research, Benchmarking, and Feasibility** Research technologies, solutions, architectures, and technical materials relevant to the business. Conduct technical benchmarking and comparative analysis of technological alternatives. Support feasibility studies for new solutions, products, and partnerships. **6\. Open Innovation and Ecosystem Engagement** Support open innovation initiatives with startups, hubs, universities, and strategic partners. Support co-creation and joint validation processes for solutions with external partners. **7\. Technical Documentation Management** Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for projects, products, and solutions (specifications, tests, homologations, evidence, and reports). Ensure technical traceability and organized information management for innovation projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** To be an eligible candidate for this position, you must: * Advanced knowledge of Telecommunications, IT, or Technology products and services (Satellite Telecom Bands L, C, Ku, Ka; Fixed and/or Mobile Telephony; Internet Links; Fiber Optics; MPLS); * Intermediate knowledge of system integration, testing, and technical validation; * Intermediate knowledge of research techniques and benchmarking; * Intermediate knowledge of Agile Project Methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Design Thinking, POCs, MVPs); * Intermediate English proficiency; * Advanced computer skills (Office Suite and ERP systems). **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, IT, or related fields **Desirable:** Courses or specializations in innovation, technology, project management, or related areas **Experience:** Minimum 3–4 years in technical roles, development, innovation projects, integration, or related fields **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Willingness to travel nationally.
