We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, coordinate, and implement external, internal, digital, press, and event communication actions aligned with the Motiva Rodovias Platform strategy and the business unit’s needs. * Manage relationships with local media, strategically developing story angles, producing press releases, distributing content, and monitoring publications—with a focus on institutional reputation. * Serve on standby to attend to media inquiries outside regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, ensuring agility, institutional alignment, and appropriate communication management. * Produce and approve localized and strategic content, supported by internal teams, guaranteeing adherence to the unit’s identity and the Motiva Rodovias brand narrative. * Collaborate with various departments to identify topics, produce press releases, distribute them to the press, conduct follow-ups, and monitor publications. * Continuously monitor physical and digital channels (newspapers, magazines, news portals, social media, etc.), identifying risks, opportunities, and critical topics, while generating relevant insights for decision-making. * Publish news and content on the concessionaire’s website and digital platforms. * Strengthen relationships with and foster loyalty among strategic journalists in the company’s operational regions, contributing to enhancing and increasing the brand’s visibility. * Support the production of audiovisual materials for dissemination across internal and external digital channels. * Ensure execution and control of deliverables stipulated in supplier contracts, as well as monitoring contract validity periods and related financial controls. * Guarantee the preparation of structured briefings and clear direction for internal and external execution. * Cultivate close relationships with regional media outlets, disseminating relevant news and participating in local events. * Train spokespersons to represent the business unit in interviews, events, and other occasions, delivering clear, accurate, and strategically aligned messages. * Constantly align topics with the Concessionaires’ Communication Manager and local teams. * Create and produce press content—including press releases, articles, interviews, and other materials—in accordance with Corporate-defined standards. * Act in compliance with Motiva’s anti-bribery management system guidelines, recognizing that this position falls within an area classified as having a bribery risk higher than low, per ABNT NBR ISO 37001. * Complete mandatory declarations and undertake specific trainings assigned by Motiva, according to the duties performed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or related Communication fields; * Specialization in digital media, content, and branding; * Experience in press relations, grammar and writing, interpersonal relations, and team coordination; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability to drive on highways; * Availability for occasional travel, if required.
