Continuous improvement of financial processes **Senior Financial Controller** Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) Initial salary range: R$ 8\.000,00 **About the opportunity** We are seeking a Financial Controller to work side by side with the executive management team, structuring the finance department and supporting strategic decision-making. **Main responsibilities** * Establish and strengthen financial and managerial controls * Support the executive management team with financial analysis and performance indicators * Lead monthly closing processes and ensure proper organization of information within the ERP system * Monitor budget, forecast, and cash flow * Support feasibility analysis for projects and investments * Conduct cost, margin, and profitability analyses * Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes * Act as a liaison between the finance department and operations **We are looking for someone who has** * Solid experience in finance and controllership * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies * Experience with various enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems * Knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial performance analysis * Analytical, organized, and hands-on profile **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in companies undergoing growth or expansion * Experience in finance department setup or restructuring * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, or related fields **Expected profile** * Strategic vision combined with practical execution * Strong analytical capability and structured thinking * Clear communication skills with leadership * Autonomy and strong sense of responsibility * Results-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement Job type: Freelance / PJ Compensation: starting from R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Education allowance * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts Work location: On-site
