#### **About the position:** Plan and coordinate fiscal activities, ensuring proper compliance with tax legislation applicable to the food retail and fuel sectors, as well as accurate calculation of indirect taxes, mitigation of fiscal risks, and compliance with ancillary obligations. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Calculate indirect taxes (ICMS, ICMS\-ST, PIS, COFINS, IPI). * Coordinate submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions), ensuring adherence to deadlines. * Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation, assessing specific impacts on food retail. * Ensure correct fiscal configuration regarding product taxation (NCM, CST, CFOP, ICMS/ST rules, and tax benefits). * Support internal areas (procurement, commercial, pricing, logistics) on fiscal impacts related to operations and pricing. * Develop the fiscal team, promoting continuous training and process improvement. * Participate in strategic projects. #### **Desirable qualifications (differentiators):** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Law. Solid knowledge of ICMS / ICMS ST Proficiency in PIS/COFINS (cumulative and non-cumulative) Ability to analyze the Tax Reform (IBS and CBS) Proven leadership experience in fiscal roles.
