Focused on meeting diverse market needs, it offers high-quality products and services. **Responsibilities:** Supervise operators of machines, saws, lathes, milling machines, sanders, and other equipment used in the manufacturing or maintenance of metal parts. Organize the machining sequence of parts, machine components, metal structures, or highway construction equipment, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Interpret technical drawings and part specifications. Ensure that cutting, machining, and finishing meet required standards for highway construction equipment and road maintenance. Monitor preventive maintenance of machines, tools, and machining devices. Ensure team compliance with occupational safety regulations, proper use of PPE, biosafety procedures, or heavy machinery operation procedures. Support other site departments by supplying machined parts, components, or tools for maintenance of machines, implements, and highway structures. Previous experience as a Machining Supervisor, Machining Coordinator, Machining Team Leader, or Machining Department Head may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
