If you are communicative, proactive, and enjoy interacting with people, this job may be for you! **Responsibilities:** As a **Junior Negotiator**, you will be responsible for directly contacting debtors through various channels (phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail) to present negotiation proposals, renegotiate debts, and find the best solution for both parties. Key activities include: * Contacting debtors to conduct amicable collection efforts; * Presenting payment alternatives and negotiating feasible terms for debt settlement; * Recording interactions and agreements in internal systems; * Monitoring follow-ups and maintaining an active collection pipeline; * Acting with empathy, responsibility, and a results-oriented focus. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in collections or customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Completed high school education. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary: **BRL 2\.000,00** * Variable commission based on individual performance; * Variable bonus based on individual performance; * Meal allowance; **BRL 400.00/month** * Transportation allowance \- GL Card credit / or / Fuel allowance; **BRL 76.00** * Health insurance; **Participatory hospital plan** * Dental insurance; **Oralmed** * Birthday day off; * Partnerships with universities, pharmacies, and language schools.
