Conduct exit interviews for turnover control **Job Description:** ---------------------- Deliver INSTITUTIONAL ORIENTATION training to new employees; Monitor and follow up on the delivery of institutional orientation certificates and digitize them in ALFRESCO; Ensure departmental orientation for employees promoted through INTERNAL SELECTION PROCESS; Monitor 30-day and 75-day experience evaluations of new employees and those transferred via INTERNAL SELECTION PROCESS; Evaluate, on-site, the development progress of new employees and those transferred via INTERNAL SELECTION PROCESS; Interview employees requesting resignation, discuss reasons for resignation, and record details in the TRACKING spreadsheet for turnover analysis; **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Assertiveness Dynamism Discernment Organization Microsoft Office Suite **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Completed Bachelor's Degree **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- Not Applicable **Benefits:** --------------- Seniority bonus; Health insurance; Meal allowance at work; Transportation allowance.
