Position: Salad Preparer Job Description: Receive, store, sanitize, prepare, weigh, package, and label the daily required salad to ensure timely daily delivery, guaranteeing quality and hygiene during preparation. Detailed Job Description: \- Receive fruits, vegetables, and legumes. \- Store appropriately. \- Sanitize, prepare, weigh, package, and label the daily salad. \- Assist with general kitchen activities when requested. \- Count vegetables, fruits, and legumes to support daily/weekly menu planning. \- Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing procedures. Requirements: \- Proven experience as a salad preparer/kitchen assistant, preferably in collective meal services and industrial kitchens. \- Knowledge of good hygiene and food safety practices. \- Ability to work with routine, standardization, and high-volume production. \- Organization, responsibility, and commitment. \- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and focus on quality. \- Experience with transported meals.
