Job Summary:
The IT Technical Analyst – Technical Support will be responsible for handling internal service requests, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and technical support on retail automation equipment.

The IT Technical Analyst – Technical Support will handle internal service requests related to retail automation equipment, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and technical support to ensure efficient operation of systems and devices used.
#### **Main Responsibilities:**
* Handle internal service requests related to retail automation equipment, including workstations, non-fiscal printers, commercial scales, data collectors, POS terminals, and others;
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on retail automation equipment;
* Provide technical support to support teams and corporate departments;
* Monitor equipment sent for external repair (third-party technical support, RMA, etc.);
* Ensure documentation and logging of all service requests in the ticketing system;
* Create and maintain up-to-date SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for handling, configuration, and maintenance of automation equipment, ensuring process standardization, security, and efficiency;
* Collaborate on IT and automation asset management and inventory.
#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Prior experience with maintenance of retail automation and IT equipment;
* Knowledge of microcomputing (Windows, basic networking, peripherals);
* Technical diagnostic skills, including component replacement, testing, and adjustments;
* Availability to work in Cambé – PR.
#### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):**
* Knowledge of retail-specific commercial automation systems;
* Experience with IT asset and inventory management;
* Ability to develop and review technical documentation and operational procedures;
* Technical certifications related to hardware and networking;
* Strong interpersonal and internal user support skills;
* Organization, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines.
