Celso Garcia Cid, 5600 \- Store LDN01523 \- Palhano 2, Londrina \- PR, 86050\-901*** We seek a professional with leadership qualities, strategic vision, and management capability, responsible for coordinating teams, ensuring operational excellence at the unit, and overseeing administrative and financial processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, develop, and supervise the unit team; * Conduct hiring, onboarding, monitoring, and performance evaluation of employees; * Facilitate meetings, provide feedback, and implement team development initiatives; * Oversee administrative and financial activities, including cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and financial process audits; * Manage suppliers, service providers, and structural requirements of the unit; * Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and culture. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Human Resource Management, Management Processes, or related fields; \- Prior experience in team leadership and management; \- Knowledge of administrative and financial routines; \- Organized, proactive profile with strong decision-making ability; \- Willingness to work onsite. **CONTACT US:** **recrutamento@vsgold.com.br** **(43\) 9\.8820\-2359** Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Work Location: Onsite
