Job Summary: A professional to monitor, analyze, and control production processes, inventories, and material movements, ensuring efficiency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Production and inventory analysis and control 2. Development and execution of Production Plans 3. Material monitoring and on-time delivery compliance * Monitor and analyze production progress, consumption, material movements, and inventory levels. * Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system records and implement appropriate corrective actions. * Issue and monitor material movements into inventories. * Analyze production order sequences and structures (bill of materials). * Develop and execute Production Plans. * Monitor and ensure fulfillment of promised customer orders within agreed delivery timelines. * Assign optimal machinery for each product and assist in aligning orders with production capacity. * Monitor and control finished goods inventory generated during production. * Monitor and control raw material inventory for production. * Support area coordination in respective process controls and performance indicators for effective production management.
