Packaging Team Leader

Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising, guiding, and training the packaging team to ensure correct execution of tasks and product compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise the packaging team and processes to meet production targets. 2. Conduct technical training and guide the team on operational procedures, safety regulations, and good manufacturing practices. 3. Ensure compliance and integrity of products and packaging. **Description:** – Supervise the packaging team and related processes, ensuring correct task execution and achievement of production targets; – Conduct technical training and guide the team on operational procedures, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices; – Receive materials and perform product packaging according to technical specifications and production instructions; – Verify batch printing, security seals, and packaging integrity to ensure product compliance; – Close boxes, adjust tapes and labels, palletize goods, and prepare shipments for dispatch; – Select samples as directed by the quality control department; – Forward materials for reanalysis when necessary and ensure accurate information flow between departments; – Complete production orders and forward them to the billing department; – Request materials, receive goods, and properly dispose of waste generated in the packaging area. Incomplete undergraduate degree in Logistics or related fields / Minimum 1 year of experience in packaging and production / Experience in palletizing and preparing shipments for transportation / Basic knowledge of conducting training (preferred) / Basic knowledge of logistics and warehousing for product organization (preferred) – Proactivity; – Strong communication skills; – Good interpersonal skills; – Focused attention; – Commitment to deadlines; – Flexibility.
