Job Objective The professional will be responsible for **planning, coordinating, and managing industrial operations**, ensuring productive efficiency, quality, safety, and achievement of the company's strategic goals. The role involves integrated management of **production, logistics, maintenance, quality control, environment, and PCP (Production Control Planning)**, ensuring optimal resource utilization and operational performance of the facility. 2\. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: * Manage industrial operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of operational targets; * Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams from production, logistics, maintenance, and quality areas; * Plan and monitor the production schedule, ensuring optimal use of resources and inputs; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental standards, and applicable legislation; * Manage the departmental budget and optimize financial resource utilization; * Promote process improvements and implementation of new technologies; * Represent the company technically before regulatory bodies when required. 3\. Requirements * + - Bachelor's degree in **Engineering**; - Minimum of **4 to 8 years of experience in industrial operations management**; - **Experience in industrial operations related to biological products or biosolutions**; - Knowledge of production, quality, logistics, and maintenance management; - Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; - Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; 4\.
