The Commercial Manager will act as a liaison between senior management and sales representatives, consolidating market intelligence and transforming it into sustainable growth strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Define commercial goals and monitor performance indicators. * Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring strategic alignment and motivation. * Structure and monitor sales reports by customer, region, and product, identifying growth opportunities. * Support marketing and trade teams with commercial data to strengthen campaigns and promotions. * Ensure compliance with commercial policies, timelines, and sales terms. * Implement management routines (weekly meetings, one-on-one sessions, feedback). * Support expansion planning and new business development. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Proven experience managing sales teams (inside and field sales). * Knowledge of commercial performance analysis and CRM usage (e.g., Pipedrive). * Leadership ability, clear communication, and results focus. * Negotiation and conflict management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in wholesale or distribution sectors. * Experience in the automotive sector. * Experience implementing structured commercial processes. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI).
