Job Summary: Manage teams, formulate business and institutional relationship strategies, execute action plans, achieve targets, serve cooperative members, and manage branch processes. Leadership in process management and cooperative member service Description: People Management \- Manage teams under your responsibility to foster a friendly and healthy organizational climate, with continuous technical and behavioral development and updating. Business Strategy \- Develop business strategies and plans for the cooperative members' portfolio, as well as its growth, through face-to-face service to each member. Institutional Relationship Strategy \- Promote the Sicoob brand among existing partners and seek new ones by implementing business and social initiatives. Action Plan \- Execute action plans developed by the regional management through daily planning to ensure the cooperative's sustainability. Goal Achievement \- Be accountable for the branch's performance against pre-established business goals and responsible for proposing changes aimed at achieving them. Cooperative Member Service \- Support the commercial area by conducting prospecting visits, providing financial guidance, expanding credit, and attracting financial resources to contribute toward goal attainment. Process Management \- Be responsible for all branch processes and ensure compliance with instructions and rules established by the cooperative. Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in People Management, Finance, and/or Administration; * CPA 10 certification required; CPA 20 preferred. * Experience as a General Manager.
