




Job Summary: A professional responsible for B2B project management, customer relationship management, proposal development, and strategic portfolio analysis, with interface coordination across R&D and internal departments. Portfolio Analysis and Commercial Actions to Increase Sales Responsibilities: B2B Project Management (Private Label). Lead customer meetings to align on projects, collecting and structuring information for technical and commercial briefings. Interface with R\&D and Internal Departments. Translate customer needs into clear direction for R\&D (positioning, assets, sensory attributes, packaging, and target cost), ensuring alignment with scope. Sample Management. Request, track, and validate development samples, ensuring compliance with the approved briefing and managing shipments via Bitrix platform. Pipeline Management on Bitrix Platform. Create and manage project workflows and leads, keeping status, deadlines, and records updated. Launch Schedule Control. Monitor all project stages to ensure deadline adherence and cross-departmental alignment. Commercial Proposal Development. Collaborate with Costing and Administration teams to develop pricing proposals aligned with the customer’s strategic positioning. Strategic Portfolio Analysis. Support pricing decisions, recommend positioning strategies, and identify portfolio opportunities to increase sales. Customer Relationship Management. Engage with customers, analyze sales data, product mix, performance metrics, and growth opportunities. Commercial Presentations and Follow-ups. Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, including project status updates, proposals, and supporting materials. Commercial Management with Representatives. Conduct monthly meetings with representatives; communicate sales targets and strategic directions; monitor commercial performance. Sales and Order Portfolio Monitoring. Track daily sales and orders in the pipeline; follow up with representatives for updates and new orders; proactively drive opportunity conversion. Commercial Activities and Inventory Management. Identify and promote products available in stock; develop commercial initiatives to improve inventory turnover and sell-out; support sales campaigns and initiatives. **Professional Experience**: Minimum 6 months of prior experience in B2B commercial project management, customer service, and interface with technical departments (R\&D/production).
