




Job Summary: Occupational nursing technician to assist in occupational health, focusing on medical examinations, medication administration, inventory control, and training support. Support in outpatient clinic organization and medical documentation control ***Requirements:*** Education: Nursing Technician qualification; ***Specialization in Occupational Nursing Technician.*** ***Responsibilities:*** 1\. Conduct examinations: laboratory sample collection and HGT testing. 2\. Perform wound dressings, vital signs monitoring, medication administration per physician prescription, and employee care. 3\. Request examination kits from the laboratory. 4\. Maintain inventory control of supplies and medications, and outpatient clinic organization. 5\. Assist with and ensure proper medical record archiving and absenteeism tracking. 6\. Deliver employee training and onboarding sessions, as directed by the occupational physician/nurse and SESMT team. 7\. Proactively identify absent employees who have not submitted medical certificates and investigate case progressions. 8\. Enter medical certificates, protocols, or justifications into the system. 9\. Notify supervisors of their team members’ absences via TASY within 24 hours of receipt. 10\. Schedule and manage periodic employee examinations according to the PCMSO. 11\. Assist with admission, resignation, job function change, social security leave documentation, and correction of absence reports. 12\. Participate in employee vaccination campaigns and annual action plans per PCMSO. 13\. Perform remote on-call duties. 14\. Carry out other departmental tasks as required.
