




Job Summary: The Engineering Technical Assistant serves as the interface between bus design projects and production, ensuring compliance and quality during assembly. Key Highlights: 1. The Engineering Technical Assistant acts at the interface between bus design projects and production, analyzing drawings, technical specifications, and standards to structure and release manufacturing orders. They develop product recipes, define material lists, process amendments, and provide technical support in CAD/Plotter systems, ensuring compliance and quality during assembly. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your mission within the group will be:** * **Technical Analysis and Structuring:** Analyze chassis and body characteristics, as well as customer-specific requirements, interpreting drawings and standards to structure production orders. * **Revenue and Materials Management:** Define material lists and develop/maintain assembly recipes (standard or optional), performing internal and external material coding. * **Operational Support:** Process manufacturing amendments and communicate changes to various departments. * **Documentation and Technical Support:** Operate CAD systems and Plotter equipment, issue copies of technical drawings, and manage files (active/inactive). * **Quality and Continuous Improvement:** Participate in quality initiatives (5S) and conduct cost-comparison studies based on recipes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must have:** * Completed or ongoing technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or other related industrial fields; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Knowledge of welding processes and metalworking services; #### **Busscar designs and delivers bus bodies with excellence in design and quality, manufactured using cutting-edge technology for domestic and international markets.** #### **After five years of inactivity, in June 2017, the brand (with over 78 years of tradition) and its production assets were acquired by the Caio Induscar Group.** #### **Since resuming production in May 2018, Busscar offers its customers a broad range of products for road transport, charter, and tourism companies.** #### **In 2023, Busscar launched its new NB1 family, combining imposing presence and robustness—hallmarks of the brand—with aerodynamic lines that also deliver an elegant and bold appearance.** #### **Join a brand in constant evolution that values your workforce!
