Proactive customer contact for retention and prospecting Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Provide customers with information regarding estimated delivery times, service coverage areas, current status of delivered services, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring effective handling of all contacts; * Schedule pickups in accordance with negotiated terms to ensure cargo loading and successful execution of requested services; * Generate quotations for customers seeking EPC’s services, converting inquiries into confirmed services, while serving customers across all communication channels provided by the company, adhering to EPC’s commercial policies, campaigns, procedures, and manuals, thereby ensuring quotation effectiveness; * Proactively contact existing customers and prospects to foster loyalty and increase pickup requests as well as active quotations, ensuring full achievement of organizational targets; * Develop in-depth knowledge of each market served by EPC—and specifically the market under one’s responsibility—to stimulate new shipments and contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth; * Ensure that the company’s visual identity layout is preserved in commercial proposals and correspondence, and verify alignment with agreements made with the customer.
