Environment that values self-management and effective communication **Prerequisites:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Process Engineering; * Solid experience in logistics; * Experience in transportation (service contracting and scheduling); **Competencies:** * Negotiation skills and ability to meet deadlines; * Good interpersonal relationships; * Strong communication skills; * Self-managed and capable of handling a high daily workload. **Responsibilities:** * Control and monitoring of transportation requests (deliveries and pickups of materials, stock transfers, loading, and transport tracking); * Pursue freight optimization and management; * Development and monitoring of indicators, workflows, and fleet costs; * Development and monitoring of operational reports and KPIs; * Ensure all deliveries are completed within established deadlines; * Participation in alignment meetings for departmental projects; * Analysis of reports (orders and deliveries); * Adherence to standard operating procedures; * Contribution to departmental performance indicators; * Compliance with operational safety procedures and proper use of PPE in the department.
