Responsibilities include performing **technical inspections (check\-lists)** to verify safety and maintenance items, strictly managing **legal documentation** — such as licensing and insurance — and monitoring performance indicators, including fuel consumption and maintenance costs. Additionally, this role interfaces with suppliers and workshops to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring logistics operations comply with safety regulations and organizational budgetary guidelines. * Key Responsibilities: * Monitoring and tracking vehicles via App (EXP Fleet) and Sattrack; * Vehicle release and checklists; * Scheduling periodic and corrective maintenance; * Recording fuel and maintenance invoices via App; * Monitoring vehicle mileage and condition; * Managing fleet vehicle entry and exit; * Verifying and organizing documentation; * Entering fuel and maintenance invoices into relevant systems; * Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance; * Organized
