Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, and peripherals. Administer and monitor local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks (wi-fi). Manage physical and virtual servers. Support infrastructure technology improvement and expansion projects. Previous experience as a Support Analyst, Support Technician, Technical Support Assistant, or Support Specialist may indicate familiarity with some of the activities associated with this position.
