As leaders in urban mobility in Brazil, we seek professionals aligned with our values—those who foster an excellent work environment for colleagues and deliver exceptional service to customers. **Shared Services Supervisor** ========================================= #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the accounts receivable and collections area, ensuring execution of routine tasks, continuous process improvement, and preparation of financial reports. * Develop and implement effective collection strategies to manage and reduce delinquency, ensuring compliance with current internal policies governing operations. * Lead the collections team to operate in alignment with established targets, utilizing the company’s existing tools. * Evaluate and propose tools that contribute to improving departmental processes.
