Responsible for construction and renovation activities across Group Muffato units, overseeing project execution, renovations, and retrofits through final delivery. Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise large-scale construction project execution;
* Manage construction projects for renovations, retrofits, and new builds;
* Oversee processes, procurement, KPIs, and costs;
* Lead people and work teams;
* Conduct detailed monitoring of all construction phases;
* Proficiency in advanced computer applications;
* Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SIENGE, and other relevant systems;
* Efficient management of construction and renovation materials;
* Lead work teams, promoting integration and productivity.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering;
* Proven experience in large-scale civil construction;
* Advanced proficiency in technical software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and SIENGE;
* Team management and leadership skills;
* Ability to manage project timelines and costs;
* Advanced computer literacy;
* Availability to conduct on-site project supervision.
Desirable Qualifications (Advantageous):
* Prior experience in renovations and retrofits;
* Certifications related to project management or occupational safety;
* Knowledge of sustainability practices and innovative construction techniques;
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders;
* Analytical capability for interpreting project documentation and performance indicators.
