With qualified professionals, the company strives to provide humanized and accessible care to all. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp-based patient service. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and consultations. Receive patients and perform registration and data updates in the system. Monitor patient flow and waiting time via WhatsApp. Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk environment. Assist in communication between patients and the professional team. Ensure humanized, courteous, and efficient service. Previous experience as Hotel Receptionist, Front Desk Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
