Production Manager

Description

Job Summary: Manage production activities to ensure quality, delivery schedule, and cost targets while promoting continuous improvement of industrial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and coordinate the production of industrial, agricultural belts and conveyor belts 2. Manage production teams, promoting development and engagement 3. Develop and implement process improvements (lean manufacturing) Ensure planning, organization, and control of production activities, guaranteeing achievement of production targets with appropriate quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency, while promoting continuous improvement of industrial processes. * Plan and coordinate the production of industrial, agricultural belts and conveyor belts, aligning production capacity, demand, and deadlines; * Manage production teams (team leaders, operators, and technicians), promoting development, engagement, and operational discipline; * Ensure compliance with product quality standards from raw material receipt through to final product; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, efficiency, losses, rework, and costs; * Manage consumption and inventory of raw materials (rubber, fabrics, etc.); * Ensure scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment; * Develop and implement process improvements (lean manufacturing, waste reduction, efficiency enhancement); * Participate in defining new products or technical adaptations according to market demands; * Coordinate interface with departments including procurement, logistics, sales, and engineering; * Prepare and manage the production area budget; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and quality regulations; * Monitor import processes related to production inputs (where applicable).
