Analyze performance indicators and propose continuous improvements We are looking for a Logistics Route Planner to work on planning, organizing, and optimizing transportation routes, ensuring greater operational efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time delivery. This professional will play a key role in logistics operations, directly contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, build, and optimize delivery and pickup routes, considering deadlines, distances, and vehicle capacity * Monitor deliveries in real time to ensure on-time fulfillment * Analyze performance indicators (delivery time, costs, productivity) and propose continuous improvements * Support drivers and operational staff in resolving incidents (delays, route changes, unforeseen events) * Use route planning, tracking, and logistics control systems * Ensure optimal utilization of fleet and available resources * Maintain constant communication with involved departments (operations, customer service, and customers) **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is a plus) * Prior experience in route planning, transportation, or logistics operations * Intermediate Excel knowledge * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple simultaneous tasks * **Benefits** * Meal voucher (VR) * Attendance bonus * Life insurance * SEST SENAT affiliation * Formal career development plan * **Working Hours:** * SHIFT A: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM / Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * SHIFT B: 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
