




Job Summary: A workplace safety professional to advise, train, and inspect operational teams, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations in healthcare environments. Provide technical guidance to the unit manager, monitor and train the operational team, conduct occupational safety inspections, and ensure compliance with procedures outlined in the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System across assigned units, thereby maintaining optimal safety conditions in the workplace. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct safety inspections for hospital cleaning and food service activities (kitchen, lactation room, pantry, clinical areas, and support areas); * Monitor operational teams daily (cleaning assistants, pantry staff, cooks, warehouse staff, kitchen assistants, etc.); * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards, especially **NR 01, NR 05, NR 06, NR 07, NR 09, and NR 32**; * Manage delivery, usage, and replacement of **PPEs**; * Investigate workplace accidents and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Conduct **DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue)** sessions with teams; * Support operational leaders in improving safety indicators; * Prepare and monitor mandatory documents (Risk Assessment Program, Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis, PPE records, training logs, etc.); * Collaborate with contract management and the hospital’s safety department. **Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Prior experience working with operational teams is mandatory; * Experience in hospital cleaning, industrial kitchens, or outsourced service companies is a plus; * Practical knowledge of safety regulations applicable to healthcare environments (especially NR 32); * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams. **Desired Profile** * A firm, organized professional with strong professional conduct; * Effective communication with operational teams; * Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency; * Focus on accident prevention; * Commitment to safety indicators and results. **Purpose of the Role** Ensure the safety of employees engaged in outsourced hospital food service and cleaning operations, reducing operational risks and continuously improving the safety performance indicators of the contract.
