The School Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative and operational management of a school, leading teams, implementing changes, and developing community relationships, with a focus on excellence and compliance.

Description:
* Completed undergraduate degree, preferably with specialization in School Management.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, foster a collaborative environment, and motivate staff toward achieving common goals.
* Organization and Planning: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with aptitude to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including parents, teachers, students, and local authorities.
* Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges and develop practical and effective solutions, demonstrating proactivity and initiative.
* Interpersonal Relationships: Ease in building and maintaining positive relationships, demonstrating empathy and sensitivity to the needs of the school community.
* Operational Excellence and Process Management: Ability to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in executing school processes, with emphasis on planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
* Tom Setup Implementation: During the first three months, the Administrative Coordinator will be fully responsible for the comprehensive transformation occurring within the school \- from teacher recruitment to eliminate vacant classes to infrastructure works and renovations.
* Administrative and Operational Leadership: Manage the school’s administrative activities, including cafeteria services, supervision, cleaning, maintenance, general services, and student enrollment. Ensure operational processes are well-organized and daily needs are met efficiently.
* Support to the Pedagogical Director: Collaborate closely with the Pedagogical Director to support pedagogical actions and projects aimed at increasing student attendance and learning outcomes. Facilitate initiatives that align pedagogical activities with operational requirements.
* Community Relationship Development: Represent Tom Educação within the school community, establishing and strengthening relationships with parents, students, staff, and local authorities. Work to increase acceptance rates of the School Partner Program.
* Regulatory Compliance and Performance Indicators: Monitor and ensure the school complies with regulatory standards, established contracts, and defined performance indicators. Strive to ensure transparent management and adherence to public and internal policies.
