Responsibilities: * MIG welding on metal structures * Production of school chairs and tables * Workplace organization and discipline * Assisting in fixture development when required Desired Profile: * Speed, focus, and attention to detail in task execution * Commitment to quality and deadlines * Teamwork and accountability * Opportunity to assume leadership of the welding department.
