Job Summary: A Technology and Security company is seeking a professional responsible for managing the procurement of materials, supplies, and services, overseeing the entire acquisition process. Development of negotiation and supplier relationship skills. **JOB DESCRIPTION** A company focused on Technology and Security seeks a professional responsible for purchasing materials, supplies, services, and for overseeing the entire procurement process through to delivery. A GPTW-certified company with all necessary infrastructure to support employee performance. **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Develop and monitor departmental KPIs; Request quotations and negotiate with potential suppliers, analyzing the best proposals; Issue purchase orders in the system; Track issued orders, verify deliveries and invoices; Manage the procurement portfolio by reviewing and analyzing the supplier database to identify new opportunities; **REQUIREMENTS** Experience in procurement, budgeting, and negotiations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **DESIRABLE SKILLS** Strong negotiation skills to secure optimal purchase prices. Good interpersonal skills, as frequent interaction with suppliers is required. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor's degree (currently pursuing or completed) in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Familiarity with Omie systems. **PROFILE WE SEEK** We seek a dynamic, proactive, organized, responsible individual who enjoys working in a team. **BENEFITS** Transportation allowance; Meal voucher; Participatory health and dental plans; Pharmacy network, life insurance, TotalPass. **WORK HOURS** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break.
