Job Summary: Assembles and disassembles metal formwork for concrete walls, performs drawing reading, reinforcement installation, and concrete pouring supervision—with emphasis on quality and safety. Maintenance and organization of metal formwork **MUST BE FROM LONDRINA AND SURROUNDING AREAS — NO HOUSING PROVIDED.** **PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITH METAL FORMWORK/CONCRETE WALLS IS ESSENTIAL.** Responsibilities and Duties Assemble and disassemble metal formwork for concrete walls, ensuring alignment, plumbness, leveling, and bracing per the execution project. Read and interpret structural and formwork drawings to ensure correct implementation of the concrete wall construction system. Perform reinforcement, verification, adjustments, and formwork preparation for concrete pouring, using appropriate tools and equipment. Supervise concrete pouring operations, verifying structural integrity, formwork watertightness, and supporting the team during execution. Maintain, clean, organize, and properly store metal formwork and accessories to preserve and enable reuse of materials. Work in accordance with site requirements for quality, productivity, and occupational safety. Requirements * Completed Elementary Education * Proven experience with metal formwork and concrete wall systems * Knowledge of drawing reading and metal formwork assembly * Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience * Must reside in Londrina and surrounding areas Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Up to R$2\.945,80 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
