Job Summary: Lawyer to work in labor litigation, focusing on reading and analyzing legal publications, drafting procedural documents, monitoring cases, and interacting with clients. With offices in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Paraná, Balera is a national leader and trendsetter in the social security segment. **Main Responsibilities** * Reading and analyzing legal publications; * Filing and monitoring procedural deadlines; * Complying with judicial deadlines and drafting procedural documents; * Conducting labor hearings; * Monitoring cases through all stages; * Interacting with clients and authorized representatives for clarifications and strategic alignment; * Updating and maintaining internal legal systems and clients’ systems. **Requirements** * Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Prior experience in labor litigation, including hearings and procedural deadlines; * Knowledge of reading legal publications and deadline management; * Strong legal writing skills and ability to construct persuasive arguments; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Familiarity with legal software systems. **Benefits:** ✔ Unimed Health Plan; ✔ Unimed Dental Plan; ✔ Meal Allowance; ✔ Transportation Allowance; ✔ Gympass for you and up to 3 dependents; ✔ Birthday day off; ✔ B.
