### **JOB DESCRIPTION**
Plan, produce, review, and disseminate institutional content across all internal channels (corporate email, corporate TV,
murals, newsletters, applications, and other media), ensuring clarity, standardization, and alignment with Apoio Ecolimp’s culture;
Plan and execute strategic internal campaigns aligned with the institutional calendar, DHO programs, corporate goals,
safety, quality, diversity, health, and well-being;
Support, through communication, initiatives that foster understanding of the business, each department’s role, and
each employee’s contribution to company results;
Support the production of graphic, audiovisual, and institutional presentation materials, collaborating with designers,
agencies, and suppliers;
Continuously monitor channel and campaign effectiveness (reach, engagement, perception, and feedback), preparing
reports and improvement proposals;
Collaborate integrally with HR, DHO, Operations, Sales, Quality, and Marketing to ensure message consistency,
coherence, and synergy;
Support and execute endomarketing activities, corporate events, integration campaigns, recognition programs, and
institutional actions across units and contracts;
Encourage and structure two-way communication channels (employees ↔ company) via surveys, active listening,
forums, suggestion boxes, participation campaigns, and feedback mechanisms;
Ensure all communications reflect Apoio’s values, purpose, safety and quality principles, and institutional positioning;
Manage timelines, agendas, requests, and deliverables of the internal communication plan, ensuring deadlines,
quality, and strategic prioritization;
Develop initiatives aimed at strengthening internal employer branding, supporting talent attraction, engagement, and
retention;
Support and, when necessary, lead the organization of corporate and institutional events (commemorative dates,
campaigns, awards, integration activities, year-end parties, leadership meetings).
### **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
Institutional writing and corporate communication, internal communication and campaign planning, Microsoft Office Suite
(especially PowerPoint and Word), Basic knowledge of graphic design and visual tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator – preferred)
Email marketing tools, intranet platforms, internal social networks (Yammer, Workplace, etc.)
